yes you need to inform the USCIS you have to file the AR-11. You can do it online. You will get a notification letter from USCIS of you new address.

yes. when we moved 2 yrs ago, my AOS was still pending at that time so we went online and fill up the form (i believe AR-11)... and they will send you a letter on the mail confirming about your request... its advisable (on their website) that you have to report every time you move/change address. but i guess when one becomes a USC already then there's no reason to report the change of address lol...

Citizenship N-400

4/15/2010- sent my N-400 via fedex overnight

4/16/2010- signed and delivered

4/29/2010- check cleared

Just to add: Your husband (USC sponsor) also needs to file I-865 change of address and or/residence when you move.

Really? I didn't know this.

I-865~Sponsor's notice of change of address-A sponsor whom in the past completed Form I-864 affidavit of support, to sponsor an immigrant is required to report any change of address within 30 days of the change if the sponsorship agreement is still in force or until the sponsored immigrant becomes a US Citizen, dies, or leaves the US permanently.

Just use ur new addres in the forms you are going to fill up for AOS application. You only need to file AR-11 for change of address when you have pending application until you become a USC.Once u are USC,no need to notify USCIS anymore. Also, you're husband need to file I-865 too Petitioner/Sponsor Change of address.

But you are ok,since you said you didnt file AOS yet.Just use ur new address in the forms you are going to fill up for AOS.
