Hello fellow VJ-ers.

I know this number is already on here in some threads, but i just wanted to post it again as i used the number.

I had my fingerprints done on 5th of May 09 (im currently in the US so for those outside probably doesn't apply to you??). I called 1 304 625 5590 , it is the FBI background check number. I was thoroughly SURPRISED that it only took a few minutes to get through to a customer service representative!

She was able to tell me the fingerprints and biometrics were sent to uscis the same day and were successful, BUT she wasn't able to tell me whether they had been approved.

You will need to have your A# handy. Just thought this might be helpful for others wanting to ring up!

:)

Thank You. I am sure many will benefit from your post. I too needed the number a week ago and couldn't find the number in the posts. I might need it at a later on stage. For now, I am awaiting the interview. Best of luck. Hope your comes soon.
