My mother fill I 130 for me (unmarried son over 21 years) on 1 April 2002, she is still green card holder and my birth country is INDIA. Now i am in USA on student visa(F1). And i think i can change my status here in USA with in next 6 month (ie to fill DS 320 and I485) and for that i need some advice:--------------------------1)i have got only photocopy of my birth Certificate(in my native language) , but i have got its translation into English which is tested by notary from my country, so can any one tell me that i need my original birth Certificate or that is enough but i have got.

When you send in the applications, you only need a copy. They might ask to see the original at the appointment.
