Hi everyone.. I couldn't really find a forum for this question, so I thought I'll post it here because this is my 'background forum' (F1 -->AOS)

So I got my greencard (yay!!!) and we're planning to go back to Indonesia next year for a family visit. My greencard is in my married name and my passport is in my maiden name.

1. From your experience, do you have any tips of what I need to do/to apply/to bring prior to this trip? I know someone said to buy the plane ticket with my maiden name to match the passport. Is there anything else I need to know?

2. Any tips for my husband (USC)?

2. If you are also from Indonesia and have experience in this... I wonder if I need to tell the consulate to get a marriage certificate from them (cost $20)? Is that necessary?

Thank you so much for reading and for any responses. Greatly appreciate your help!
