8th week sputum test

I'm almost done with the 2 months of waiting for my sputum culture result, it will be my 8th week this coming Nov 2. SLEC gave me a slip to call them on Nov 7. My previous interview date was scheduled last Sept 1 but unfortunately i need to undergo sputum so I didnt make it to show up @ USEM and forgot to cancel my previous appointment. Now i can hardly get schedule myself online and thru phone , told me that I need to get the result first b4 they'll give me my schedule. Do u think they give priority to those who underwent sputum culture? and Do u think I'm NEGATIVE now for my culture as of 3 days from now I'm done .THanks and God Bless!

I'm not going to make a prediction whether you are positive or negative; I've seen people go back to St. Luke's after 8 weeks and get either one.

What we did is she called St. Luke's after 8 weeks and they told her to come in and she asked them if she should go ahead and reschedule her interview too. They told her go ahead because her results were negative. Then, when she called the embassy, she explained that she was trying to get the interview and finish the medical in one trip; so the embassy scheduled the interview for the day after her medical. The embassy was pretty helpful in that part.

Try to call them on the 8th week afternoon so you can get an early slot for interview.. I'm on my 6th week of waiting on Nov.2.. Goodluck.

Call them the next open business day, we did a few days early and they told us to come in the next day and we were cleared for the interview. Best of luck!
