I mailed my I 130 to Texas as I live in Alabama...my NOA came back with California Service Center as the contact on the bottom.

Is this normal? should I be sending my I 129 to California?

How do I get a time line to attach to this?

Thanks.

Currently TSC is sending stuff to CSC to be processed on their behalf (they are in the midst of a major backlog), so send your I-129f to TSC and they will transfer it. For processing times, keep an eye on CSC processing times list.

If you are filing for K3, the I-130 goes to TSC (transferred to CSC), but ALL I-129fs for K3s go via Missouri. You will loose valuable time if you send it to TSC - they will return it to you.
