TN visa holder assembling I-485 Package

I am a TN visa holder and am trying to get everything together to file my I-485. There are a few things that I am unsure about:

- Form I-485: I do not know what my nonimmigrant visa number is and what I should put for the consulate where the visa was approved. I was granted my visa at the border. It is also posted that the visa number is the red number listed but I do not have this on my I-94

- Form I-765: do I respond yes to the question "have you ever applied for employment authorization from the USCIS"? since I am here on a TN visa I'm guessing that the answer is yes but I'm not sure. If so, what do I put for the USCIS office since this visa is only granted at the US / Canada border?

You will also need an I-130 from your spouse to base the adjustment on.

Also file an I-131 for AP doc, traveling to Canada without AP while I-485 is pending WILL get the I-485 canceled.

I just got my GC and I was a 4 year TN holder. I did NOT choose YES for have you ever applied for work authorization. TN visa holders have work authorization based on thier visa, this question speaks directly to an EAD.
