sending packet 3

hi guys,

i dun receive pkt 3 that was mailed to me by mumbai consulate so i am sending packet 3 to mumbai consulate to mumbai tomorrow by downloading forms from the website.

can someone please confirm on whats the address of mumbai consulate to send pkt 3 deliverables. i am k1 beneficiary..

additionally would just like to confirm the item that i will be sending along

1) DS 230 part 1

2) instruction statement

3) sworn in statment

do i need any enclosure letter or any thing, i can just put this in 1 envelope and mail it.. please correct me if i am wrong, really nervous about the whole thing since i havnt pkt 3 yet
