can we have medical using noa2 and nvc letter with case number?

can we go medical with out appointment letter from US embassy?they will allowed us if we just using the noa2 and nvc letter with manila case number to get medical?

JULY 28-2008---meet my baby tim online
AUG 26-2008---meet my baby in person
SEPT 03-2008---wen my baby went back home
OCT 07-2008---complete petition has been filed
OCT 10-2008---receive NOA1
DEC 29-2008---2nd visit and wer both happy
JAN 01-2009---my baby tim proposed me and im happily engaged
JAN 15-2009---wen my baby went back home to US
MAR 11-2009---3rd visit and wer together again thanks God for the time u give us.
MAR 16-2009---he fly back to US again,i really miss him and cant handle to be far from him.
APRIL 01-2009---RFE
APRIL 08-2009---touch
APRIL 28-2009---NOA2 hard copy receive
MAY 04-2009---NVC letter receive..yeeheee!!!
MAY 25-2009---medical.. PASSED!!!!
JUNE 16-2009---interview..APPROVED!!!thanks God
JUNE 19-2009---visa on hand
JUNE 22-2009---US entry POE Minneapolis
AUG 22-2009---MARRIED

NOV 15-2009---EAD and AP RECEIVE in MAIL
NO INTERVIEW in my GREENCARD
DEC 10-2009---GREENCARD APPROVAL letter send
DEC 14-2009---GREENCARD APPROVAL letter on mailbox
DEC 15-2009---GREENCARD on HANDS woohoo.. thanks God

Sept. 16, 2008 Appointment notice received
Sept. 23, 2008 Filed Jap. police clearance
Sept. 24-25, 2008 Medical exam Done. Thank God I'm healthy
Oct. 03, 2008 Interview date
Nov. 11, 2008 Got a call from Jap. Embassy PC ready for pick up
Nov. 13, 2008 Picked up and submitted the Police clearance to USEM
Nov. 28, 2008 Visa is ready for delivery
Dec. 02, 2008 Visa in transit to Cebu (delayed bcuz Dec. 1 was holiday)
Dec. 03, 2008 Visa received abot na jud tawn Thank you Lord.

It should be appointment letter.

What the guards will look for you is the appointment letter but it you don't have it yet then NOA2 will do :thumbs: Good Luck :star:

09.06.2010 - Got my EAD Card (62 days)

It should be appointment letter.

My wife took the medical at St. Lukes 1 1/2 months early using the NOA2. LOTS of people have done so also. Make a copy of your passport as St. Lukes will take it and you won't get it back until after the embassy interview.

Best to go the St. Lukes AFTER 12 noon Mon >Thursday.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

bring the letter from NVC with case number,that's the most important one.based on my experienced, guard asked me the same thing eventhough i had my NOA1 and NOA2 and appointment letter he won't let me in..he insisted to see my case number, so i presented my cellphone with case number saved on it...
