Does the US citizen need a cenomar as well?

I have read and read, and i cant find the answer to that question.I know my future wife needs one.This is for a k-1 visa.

No the USC will need the certified divorce decree if divorced or legal capacity to marry that you can get from the USEM.

CENOMAR (certificate of no marriage for single and/or advisory on marriages for married individual) is for Filipino citizens only.
