Hi to all! Any VJ member with IR-visa who was a government employee or still a government employee here in the Philippines? I just wanna ask if you resigned from the government service before you left the country to migrate to US or just filed a leave of absence? What are the questions asked by the Philippine Immigration Officer? Are they going to ask what's your job here? Do you need to present a Travel Authority? Given this Travel Authority, will the Immigration Officer at NAIA allow you to leave the country if you filed a leave of absence in the government service even if you are an IR-1 visa holder?

Your reply is very much appreciated. Thanks!
