Hello all my fiance pased her interview at the embassy. Two days later she received a 2-part Text message. The text is from +639175304491 She accidentally deleted the 1st part of the text before we could read it. We still have the 2nd part. It says "authorization letter to avoid delay"

What is this text please and is it important. We called the number many times that it came from and no one answered. Is it from Air21? We tried calling Air21 but the phone number no longer works. Does anyone have their number or know what this text was.

Also how do we know when they deliver the Visa. She is staying in Manila until they do so in a hotel but do they give notice first before delivering.

MAny thanks!

Thank you so much. Does this mean they are ready to delivery the Visa already?

I think the text message says that the visa is ready to deliver be sure that you are at home and in case you're not there you need to write an authorization letter so he/she can received the visa for you.
