Hi Ladies,

I am quiet a good stalker in this forum....Anyhow, I am wondering if all of you ladies do ur walking religiously? kasi ako, I am working from 8:30-6:30 so ala tlga time mag work...and as I get closer to my due date I finally get the real feeling of being scared kasi nga po wla akong exercise na maayos...or does it matter kung I will start walking ngayon na I am in my third tri?

hello sa lahat,

i guess nasa sa inyo na yan kung gusto nyo mag exercise or not...i bet not all women really do exercise kasi nakakapagod or mas gusto pang matulog...i guess as long as your moving exercise na rin yun. hehehehehe.

Kinda hard to go walking in 38F weather...

Hi Sheila,

It depends on the airline and you will need your Doctors "OK" note probably cuz most airline would really ask for it.Diffrent airlines, different rules and honestly I don't think you'll be allowed to fly around 8 months but I could be wrong. Discuss it with your Doctor and if ever you will be allowed to do so, since it's going to be a long flight, make sure you get an aisle seat so it will be easy for you to get up to pee and stretch your legs.

P.S.

I only used our mahabang hagdan and some body stretching for exercise when I was pregnant.:bonk:

Yes, it is good to do some exercise like walking.

Mejo inaantok ako, i'll take a nap muna hehe.

But ever since na dumating kami sa house daddy nya lagi taga palit ng diaper..natatakot kasi ako gawa ng circumsistion (not sure with my spelling). I think he is more excited than me.

Some update with my baby. We were in the hospital yesterday for his 2 days after delivery check-up..meron syang mild jaundice pero di naman kailangan i-treat. I tried to breastfeed also kaso wala masyadong lumabas so we alternate some formula. Medyo sumasakit yong dede ko kasi kahit he tried to latch on di pa rin sya contented kaya tumitigas.

I guess yong benefit ng exercise is after you give birth is madali kang bumalik sa normal shape but not on your delivery.

my baby had a jaundice too when he was born due to the reason that we have different blood type. We had to had him poop right away to release the bilirubin out from his system but the problem was he just started to learn to latch on and couldn't get enough milk as much as his body needed so we ended up giviing him bottle. But he got used to the bottle that he didn't want to latch on my breast anymore.
