Hello mommies!!

Frustrated here... I had my first day yesterday! Gosh I've been here for almost a year and haven't been pregnant yet. I'm getting annoyed thinking I'm turning 30 this year and still wala pang baby... huhuhu! Oh well.. my time is yet to come I guess...

Bless you all mommies to be...

Vida Taylor

Ate Vida, the right time will come. Just have faith and Pray!

Happy Mommy

hi there..pa join.....hehehehe..im 19 weeks pregnant now and i can also feel my baby moving as early as 17 weeks..malaki siguro lakas ko kumain ng kainin eh....sa dami ng pag lilihihan kanin pa...hehehe..

anyways...some questions lang po....is it normal to have brown discharge? once in a while kc im having brown discharge but no cramping or anything..no itchiness or burning sensation....

syempre pag first baby nakaka kaba talaga....sabi ni doc dont worry to much...it might be because my uterus is streching..and brown discharge menas old blood but still sometimes di ko maiwasang mag worry....

anyone whos having the same experience?

thanks...

Carefree,

Welcome in here

Wala pa akong naririnig about the "brown discharge"

madami ba? o konti lang?

You may want to get check. as sometimes brown or pink discharge is alarming and this is a sign of any minute you will be going to labor as uterus cervix is expanding. I am not a medical expert but things like this, dont need to be ignored.

hi there! I also used to have a brown discharge a couple of times during my first trimester. For as long as no cramping/contractions or heavy bleeding (signs of miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy), and your doctor told you that it's not something that you have to worry about, plus if all your tests and ultrasound turns out to be fine, then just relax and don't stress yourself. The best thing you can do is to listen to your body and don't hesitate to ask or call your OB for questions.

As for my case i had brown discharge. That's why I didn't realize i was pregnant until i was two months in it because of that brown discharge I had. I thought i was menstruating. But so far im on 34 weeks now and everything is normal. There were occassional brown discharge esp on my first trimester but all my labs were ok and the doctor didn't find anything with it. As far as i remember the doctor called it palip? sounds like that. I didn't ask for the spelling.. She said some women have that.. sa pagkakaintindi ko, its kinda like a tissue growth in your pipi that may cause the bleeding, eventually discharged as brown but its nothing to worry about. So ok na lang ako. But again, i don't have any complications now as far as the pregnancy is concerned....

Just want to share...

I still feel blessed and thankful kasi ok si baby ko after the accident last Thursday. I fell flat on my tummy, hit the gravel ground tummy first last thursday while walking the dog for the last time before going to work. My baby Frosty saw something that he chased while i was holding the leash and he dragged me to the ground. Ended up in the hospital for more than 24 hours. After ultrasound showed that everything is normal, as far as they can see, they have finally decided to discharge me though i'm still having continuous contractions. Now, after the fall, i still feel bad contractions... I feel that it's not the same as before I was feeling before the accident. I know contractions are normal esp the last trimester, but i think the accident triggered more contractions for me now.

ang sakit mga lola... I just want to share this because I want all mommies to take precautionary measures. I don't want this to happen to any of you. I know dito sa US, wala naman tayong maasahan as far as the things we need to get done is concerned <chores>, at as much as we would like to take care of it all, now that we are pregnant we need to insist and get our husbands to do the physical work for us, that are safe both to us and our baby.

that's why it's not advisable as far as what my OB said and some articles that I read about pregnancy, to stay away from walking the dog yourself (specially if it's a big one). The bigger we get during pregnancy the clumsier we become and more prone to accident like falling down.

Be careful in everything you do and always take precautionary actions. Better be safe than sorry.

So many news here lately. I had my imaging yesterday and we finally found out our baby's gender. Also the ultrasonogropher told us that (Baby JZ-abrreviation of our baby's name) is very active in my tummy. I can even feel everytime the baby moves in my tummy. Next week I have another prenatal check up with my Dr. to discuss how baby is doing inside. I hope everything is OK :)
