What do you mean, originals? Photocopies are sufficient, unless originals are specifically requested.

You should send copies - most folks never send originals of things such as Birth Certificates, Marriage/Divorce etc.

well what happened is this I applied in may of 2008 and in agust of 2008 they requested more info and they sent me a fax number as well as the mailing address and I faxed it to them and then i called and called to make sure they got it but no answer so i thought maybe they got it when i asked about them changing the status they told me not until they get to your case in anycase we waited 11 months this month will make one year but i called my congressman and he found out they had closed the case for abandonment and that was not true i never got any mail from them saying they did not get the info or i would have sent it again this time i would have dont overnite like before but i found the reciept from the place where i faxed the info to them to show the congressman that i did infact send it to immagration and they sent it to vermont center and so now we are waiting for them to say either they will continue with this case cos they made a mistake or we will have to file again so by monday i am calling the congressmans office again to see if they heard anything from immagration yet i pray they will open the case again and just make an approval for us instead of us filing it is to long omg we are crazy at this point immagration does not play fair with people pray for us ty
