Hey Guys,

I changed my address with USCIS last Year but i did not receive a reminder to remove conditions at my new address!

My question is if they did not update my new address will they send my I-751 NOA/Greencard to my old address? Or do they use the current address i put on my I-751 form

Not everyone seems to be getting this new 'reminder' notice - however, you should have gotten a confirmation of your address change (back when you did so) - you would know if that arrived or not. If it did, you're good to go.

I believe - they would use the address you put on the I-751 or they might cross-reference it with what's in the system.

Did you get a confirmation of your address change last year?

I don't think. I forgot to change my address with USCIS so when i sent I-751, same day i changed my address online (AR-11) and got the NOA and biometric at the new address and not at the old address. Do the change of address online as well just in case.

Hopefully you will get NOA and biometric at the new address. If you have applied I-751 print the confirmation of online change of address and attach it to your I-751 application.

Good Luck.

Yes they are still valid. Address doesn't make a difference or affects I-751 application, it's just the proof/documents you sent and your martial relationship that matters. So if your NOA and biometric are somehow sent to your old address and you can get hold of them. You will be fine. It will be same as if you got them on your new address.

A similar thing happened to me. I received my I-751 reminder at my old address. I simply refiled my change of address online, and provided a brief explanation in the cover letter for my I-751. All subsequent correspondence was sent to my new address.

Just make sure you update online and you should be fine.

02-18-2009 - I-751 filed (Removal of Conditions)

02-20-2009 - NOA1

03-20-2009 - Biometrics Appointment

03-23-2009 - Touched

06-22-2009 - Removal of Conditions approved (via USPS)

07-01-2009 - Email from USCIS advising of approval

07-06-2009 - Received 10-yr Permanent Resident Card

02-18-2010 - Eligible to file for naturalization

I'm in the same boat. We also moved last year and notified USCIS of our change of address but never received a confirmation letter nor a reminder letter for removal of conditions. I strongly hope they will send the NOA and biometrics notice to our new address!

By the way, to prove that we actually filed forms AR-11 and I-865, we submitted the USPS receipts for both forms with our I-751 application.
