Can anyone tell me what is in the Instruction packet that is sent from NVC and does it come in the mail or by email and who is it sent to, benefisuary or petitioner?

Mine was sent thru emal, and it's sent to the agent (in my case, i am the petioner and the agent). The instructions come after all of the bills are paid. It tells you to send police clearences, visa application, photos, etc...

Ah ok. so its just the instructions for sending all the docs with the DS-230. Thanks
