Hello guys!

I'm very excited because in less than 3 weeks I will send the package with the I-751 so we are preparing everything to be ready on time.

This is so far the list of supporting documentation, any advise will be awesome. I'm a little bit worried because we filled the 2007 Tax Return married but separated and then we filled joint the 2008.

Supporting documentation:

a. Copy of Permanent Resident Card (front and back sides)

b. Mortgage Contract showing joint ownership of actual residence

c. Joint Mortgage Statements

d. Joint Gas and Electric bills

e. Joint Water Service bills

f. Joint Wastewater Management Division annual bill

g. Joint Credit Card Statements

h. Joint Savings bank statements

i. IRS Transcripts of Joint 2008 Federal and State Tax Return

j. IRS Transcripts of 2007 Federal and States Tax Return

k. Joint Cars Insurance Cards

l. Photos of the last 2 years

m. Affidavits of 2 friends

n. Ski Resort season passes

o. Junk Mail showing both names

p. Copy of greetings cards from family and friends

q. Copy of some concert tickets that we went together.

So any important item missing?

Thank you in advance!!

Hello,

Thank you for your reply,

Yes, everything is from the last 2 years.

About Health Insurance... We have separate accounts on that because her plan is very expensive (but is paid by her company) and I found another company much more affordable because my employeer does not cover health insurance.

No Dental Insurance, I'm just sending all the joint auto insurance from 2007 to present of both cars with our names.

Do you guys think that will be a problem not having health insurance together and 2007 separate taxes (married filling separate)???

Thank you!!
