DS-230 police clearance requirement

Hi fellow Filipina/nos:

I'm just confused about the police clearance requirement

Which document should I attach to the DS-230 form?

a. NBI Clearance from NBI Office (valid for one year)

-OR-

b. Police Clearance from the City Hall Police Station (valid for one month)

Which is which?

My wife submitted both. Just to be safe.

"The green NBI certificate annotated for travel abroad is the correct certificate. Other colors are for local use only."

But just to be safe, in our opinion, submit both.

We submitted my husband's NBI clearance plus local PCCs from different cities/provinces he ever resided in since the age of 16.
