Hi fellow Filipina/nos:

I'm just confused about the police clearance requirement

Which document should I attach to the DS-230 form?

a. NBI Clearance from NBI Office (valid for one year)

-OR-

b. Police Clearance from the City Hall Police Station (valid for one month)

Which is which?

Thanks in advance for those who will reply. :D

My wife submitted both. Just to be safe.

FYI, refer to this link

http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/reciproc...ocity_3650.html

"The green NBI certificate annotated for travel abroad is the correct certificate. Other colors are for local use only."

But just to be safe, in our opinion, submit both.
