Hi all,

I just recieved mine and my 2 childrens biometrics appointment letters and they are on 3 seperate dates, plus we live in VA and the place we have to go is in Charleston WV, so its a bit of a journey to have to do on 3 seperate occasions.

Does anyone know of a number i can call to try and arrange the appointments on the same day, or has anyone had a similar experience whom may be able to help me sort this.

Also i have been able to track my AOS and EAD plus my daughters (age 15) AOS on the uscis website but when ever i try to put my sons (age 13) case number in it comes back ever time saying its an invalid case number, any ideas anyone.

Sept. 03,2009- Checks cashed

Sept. 17, 2009- Got approval letters

Sept. 30, 2009- NVC recieved and assigned case number

Oct. 02, 2009 - DS-3032 and AOS Bill sent

Oct. 06,2009 - Recieved DS-3032 and AOS bill (email)

Oct. 07,2009- AOS Bill Paid and sent DS-3032 (email)

Oct. 08,2009 -Parents wants to visit Aunt in Australia...delaying process.

Oct. 19, 2009-Parents decided to cancel Visit and come here in the US

Oct. 28,2009-Paid IV Bill online

Oct. 29,2009-check cashed & status change to "PAID", DS-3032 accepted

Nov. 02,2009-Sent DS-230 package

Nov. 04,2009- AVR status says I'm missing docs (DS-230)

Nov. 04,2009-NVC recieved DS-230 package

Nov. 09,2009-AVR status: "NVC recieved checklist response on 11-09-2009

Nov. 19,2009- CASE COMPLETED(10 days!!!)

Jan. 05,2010 - INTERVIEW

Jan. 20,2010 - US Entry!!!

Our biometrics appointment letter has a paragraph called "Rescheduling" - very close to the end. It reads (more or less ) .... if you can't make at the date specified, come any following Wednesday, but no letter than <this> date...

Hey there my sons appointment was on the same day as mine but 5 hours later , When we got there I just showed them both letters and asked if we could be done together they said yes NO problem . I would call the number and explain the situation and ask if you could all get done on the same day , but say you dont mind which date they pick out of the three

Lifting conditions

Oct 14th 08 ..... Mailed the I-751. Back in the system we go

Oct 18th 08 ..... NOA receipt date

Oct 20th 08 ..... Check has been cashed, waiting on the NOA1 and Biometrics appointment now.

Oct 24th 08 ..... NOA arrives in post.

Nov 13th 08 ..... Receive date for Bio-metrics in Atlanta.

Nov 28th 08 ..... Bio-metrics appointment.

Feb 18th 09 ..... Date of decision to remove conditions on permanent residency.

Feb 23rd 09 ..... Received notification on approval ( via snail mail ). Green card on order.

Feb 26th 09 ..... Card production ordered. Pleas wait 30 days ( as per case status on USCIS home page ).

Mar 7th 09 ....... My 10 yr green card arrives.

Apr 22nd 09 ..... Sons 10 yr green card finally arrives( after a nudge at VSC from the USCIS helpline)

Going to take a little break from the immigration stuff.

Hi,

I called the number to try to rechedule the appointments and the guy i spoke to said there was nothing he can do, so gonna go for my daughters bio appointment on the 7th and see if they can do my son's and mine on that day if not my son and i will go back the wednesday following my appointment
