hey guys, i did my interview and the officer was very nice to us, she did not ask many questions just the basic; name, address ect...

but the thing was she ask a copy of the tax return which i did not have i only had the originals, and she said that we mail her the copies and she will approve the case.

do you know or have any idea about if we send her the copy of the return tax, how long it is going to take for them to approve it? and also she took my I94 card.

Probably as soon as they verify your copies.

Why haven't you sent them yet?

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

I did it the same day, why did they take your I94

Oh - ok - you said " if we send her the copy of the return tax"

About the I-94, because if they approve your application, you will not need it anymore.
