Question 22 on Form I-130

We are filing our I-130 concurrently with Form I-485 (AOS).. Need help filling out Form I-130 please?

Question 22 asks at which USCIS Office the Alien Relative (who is already in the USA) will "apply" for AOS.. Instructions says we file the I-130 and I-485 thru the USCIS Lockbox Facility in Chicago IL. Should we place that as the USCIS office where we will be applying for AOS? Or should we write the nearest USCIS office to our place of residence? (Assuming that is where we will have our Biometrics and follow-ups?).. Your help will be greatly appreciated!

Note your local field office there, this is where they will interview you for I-485.
