hey guys,, sorrryyy to repeat my question again but I still didn't find a satisfactory answer..

so far my sister has sent in I-864 and fee is paid (this is for my other sister who is in India, married, IR-1 visa). Barcode sheet has been generated.

Now we have to submit ds-230 to NVC and all those questions pop up now...

1. do we need to send in ONLY part 1 and take the part 2 with them when they go for the interview? OR

they can fill out both part 1 & II BUT NOT sign the part 2. When they got for their interview, they will sign it up there, correct?

2. Now, on the http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3744.html website, they mention that DO NOT send any documents to NVC instead bring them with you when you go to the interview

But from the other older posts I have been reading, they all sent all the docs to NVC (docs -- beneficiary's birth, marriage certi, police certi). What do I do here? :(

3. from their website...they say following. Now if you look at number 3. it says the make sure all necessary original documetns will be available at that time..???

Notification from the NVC

After receiving notification from the NVC that the applicant has been scheduled for an interview:

1. Review the information sent by the NVC to determine the Date, Time, and Location of the applicant’s immigrant visa interview.

2. Prepare for the Medical Examination. (Includes panel physician list by country)

3. Ensure that all necessary original documents will be available at the time of the interview.

4. Review the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General-specific interview guidelines.

5. Review the Important Visa Interview Notices.

6. Questions: Please see the Immigrant Visa Interview Frequently Asked Questions.

To me it seems controdicting...what is the deal here? do they want it now, or we take docs to the interview..???

Please help..!!! any thoughts, tips will do great ..!!!!

Thanks a million...
