times between interview and social securtiy

can anyone give me advice on this......i my recived my interview letter that states it's june 9th.... however i still have enot received my EAD and is unable to apply for my social security as my I- 94is now expired, the only thing left for my husband to do is add me to his accounts, insurance and as a beneficary but is unable to do so cuz i dont have my SSN will there be enough time for him to do all this after i get my EAD which i expect in may.

I assume your EAD has no approval yet?... what is the status of your EAD application?

I got my SSN two weeks after I arrived in US, while the I-94 card is still not expired to avoid problems like this.

I guess... the only thing you can do is wait.... antay antay lang... usually you should hear something back about your EAD or AP within 90 days after application... for some kahit a month lang andyan na... depends... swertehan din.

But I do suggest, relax lang... it will come. At least you have already appointment for interview for AOS, di ba? meaning... someone is looking into your application. so no worries... :D

Nov 18, 2008 ---> GC RECEIVED!!!

Sept 30, 2008 ---> Card production ordered <expect to receive within 30 days>

Oct 11, 2008 ---> EAD received

AP

Sept 30, 2008 ---> AP approved <NOA mailed>

Oct 10, 2008 ---> AP received

ROC

Oct 11, 2010 ---> Mailed ROC packet

Oct 12, 2010 ---> Signed for and received by destination

Oct 14, 2010 ---> Money order cashed

Oct 18, 2010 ---> NOA1 received in mail

Nov 15, 2010 ---> Biometrics and fingerprinting appointment

Jan 28, 2011 ---> ROC approved

Jan 31, 2011 ---> Card mailed out

Feb 2, 2011 ---> Card received in the mail.

i have receive no notice about my EAD so i dont know wheter it's been approve or not after we got married by the time we got our paper works ready my I-94 was already expired so my lawyers said i couldn't apply for a ssn or AP
