hi friends,

does anyone know approximately how much do we have to wait for interview after embassy recieves our approved application from NVC.

I checked it in embassy info. there its written 2.5 to 3 months.

just wanted to know if thats true. Thats too long wait.

We havent yet got approval though, but wondering that after approval and NVC journey also we have to wait for 3 long months?? I am stressed after reading that.. :-(

i am not sure about now-a-days, but my fiance's packet was sent in August 2008 and interviewed in November 2008. I hope it goes faster for you

It does take about 1.5 - 2 months atleast...we sent our packet three in the first week of Feb & got a interview date in the end of March..

our petition arrived at embassy april 6, we sent packet 3, and got intreview date in may, so pretty fast

lovica.. our timelines are very similar. My case arrived in delhi april 9th, we sent packet three, but we still have not received any info about our interview. On Delhi's consulate webpage only april interviews are scheduled. Did you call someone or already receive appt letter?

Please... anyone, any insight, do you think I will get a may interview???

my fiance got intreview date, like my fiance mailed his packet on a thrusday, and fri sat sun they were closed, and the following tuesday i called dos and the intreview had been scheduled for the 14th

you should call dos, or your fiance in usa 202-663-1225

if your the beneficary you can call the embassy too 2419-8062 10am-12pm
