Hi Folks,

I just checked my status online and I realised the date has changed from 03/27 to 04/21. Does this mean an IO may have looked at my docs since my biometrics, and hence say that my case has been touched, to say the least? Just learning the terms here and walk the line to ease the anxiety that comes with waiting.huh!

03/23/09 Sent I-751 application

03/25/09 Received at CSC

03/30/09 Check cashed

03/31/09 NOA 1-year extention received

04/10/09 Biometric appointment letter received

04/18/09 Biometrics taken.

04/21/09 Touched! :innocent:

Yes, you(r case) have been "touched". I doubt there was an IO already looked at your case though. It could simply means an acknowledgement for them to received your biometrics or it could mean that the FBI had came back with your name check result already, the meaning - I'm not quite sure myself, but everyone (case) seems to get "touched" right after biometrics, so I would call that a normal "touch". You're on the right track, plus you're with CSC, how much do you want to bet that you'd get your GC before me?

7/2/2010 - Called mis-information line to put in a service request for STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED "FP NOTICE"

7/8/2010 - LUD, at 2:32am, received text msg and e-mail for req. for add'l evidence being mailed out on July 6th, believe it's for the FP

7/12/2010 - Received FP notice in mail, scheduled for 8/2/2010

7/15/2010 - Walk in FP

7/22/2010 - Online status changed to "Case sent to local office for interview schedule"

7/27/2010 - Received interview letter for 8/23/2010

8/23/2010 - Passed interview, was informed that next oath date is 9/22/2010 and oath letter will come in the mail

9/3/2010 - Received oath letter in the mail for 9/22/2010

Thanks Jasminelily and Haole for ur responses. But Jasminelily, I wish I could bet with you right away for me to receive my GC tomorrow. But as the saying goes, 'if wishes were to be horses, beggers would ride them.' lol! I have no other alternative than join the queue and wait for the BIG MAN above to touch hearts at both centers so they can speed up the process. Hey, but no RFEs and denials though. Let's wish all of us good luck and may the good LORD keep us while we wait. :dance:
