G-325A bold name block

I just realized that I did not put my name of my fiancee's name in the bold name block and I know this is a stupid question but I have to ask has anyone forgot the same and not had it sent back or will they go ahead and do the processing since all the info is on the form? i thought I had it all looked over but guess I didn't.

I did the same thing on my new wife's G325a form submitted with the I-130 two weeks ago. I didn't notice the bold block and she doesn't have an A number, so I didn't complete it. I used the PDF fillable form, so if I would have just kept tabbing down, I'm sure I would have noticed that I should have filled that in. I did not fill in her last address outside the US because she is still living at home and had never been to the US. I also left some non-applicable info blank when I should have said N/A in the blank. I guess I will see what happens next. I have copies of all documents submitted, but did not copy my fee processing check or did not mail the package with receipt acknowledgement. When I send the I-129F for spouse I will be sure I complete the G325a properly. I have sent the new G325a forms for the I-129F to my new wife to sign and mail back to me, a month long process there and back to me. I wonder though, is it permissible to use a copy of the same G325a submitted with the I-130 or should a new signed and dated G325a be submitted with the I-129F?
