Hi all,

I just paid for the AOS and IV fees online for my IR-1/CR-1 application. The payment instructions for AOS and IV bill fees say: Print a "Document Cover Sheet". What's document cover sheet?

Thanks.

Hi,

when did u pay?u can see the "Document Cover Sheet" usually after 2-3 days after u paid the fee.If u paid online go back to:

http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3906.html

click "online fee payment" then follow number 1 in that site.If u open that already u can see the word PAID also and below your receipt online, it says there "Print Document Cover Sheet".You need to print 2 copies, 1 for AOS and 1 for IV application processing fee.You need to attach that when u pass your documents to NVC.

Goodluck...
