Question D1 states: "1. If separate petitions are also being submitted for other relatives, give names of each and relationship."

If I am filing for both parents, do I put down their relationship to each other or to me as the petitioner?

For example, on mum's application should I put NAME (HUSBAND) or NAME (FATHER)?
