Hi, im new to this forums and seem very helpful, i have the following problem, i entered the us as a tourist back in 2000 and overstayed :P I married 8 years later to a us citizen

the only problem is that my i-94 was lost and my only legal proof of entry is this old crusty stamped passport, i have heard that uscis is no longer accepting expired visas as a valid proof of entry

and i am still inside the US... should i start packing up? :(

That's not a problem. You should send copies of your old passport and you'll need to file form I-102 Application for Replacement/Initial Nonimmigrant Arrival/Departure Record. This form will get you a replacement Form I-94.

It'll cost some extra money and time for this form, but it can be done.

Good luck!
