I send in my Affidavit of Support application and today at 11:18pm, Ive found out that they're sending a note that I need to turn something in. I don't know what could've happened? So impatient when somehting like this happen. I've read something about sending in your original Birth Certificate. I guess I send in the copy one. Hopefully it's that. HOW AM I GONNA GO TO SLEEP NOW? :crying:

Hi Huong and Phung,

I know exactly what your going through being in unrest. My paperwork was sent at the beginning of March and today I just found out they completed my case. My RFE was issued in the middle of March and It took a month for them to to finish the case, because originally my lawyer did not send in the original marriage certificate and my wife's original birth certificate. We had to wait until the barcode check list was sent to us and then we submitted the correct documents at the end of March. It was a long wait and now I am relieved that NVC is done with my case. Good Luck and if you need any help feel free to pm me.

FALSE ALARM EVERYONE!

Sorry to make everyone worry. Lastnight I can't talk to a live agent so this morning I woke up early to call them. I've talked to one of them and they said that the letter was about my wife's DS 230. We are waiting on her Police Report from TayNinh. After she gets it, we will bring it to IOM to get it completed and send it in. DO I NEED TO SEND IN THE IV COVER LETTER AND THE IV CHECKLIST? I've read something about sending both of these letter. Is that correct?
