hi friends we are new to the immigration process. Please help with ur kind suggestions.

We are about to file our I130 application. but one question is confusing number 21 on 130 form.

it says if filing for your husband or wife give the last address at which u lived together.

-what are we supposed to write here.. my husbands indian address?

-because his permanent address is in usa can we write my parents address?

-or leave blank because we didnot stay at one place? I saw it in sample form from a website they had not written anything.

he stayed in india after marriage for 1and half months in 130 form they asked duration of stay at that adress also..what should we write?

thanks a lot in advance.

H&A,

You can write your parents address or your husband address in india, either one should be fine. I personally wrote my uncle's address so, you can see they really dont care what you write in question 21.
