I did a K1 visa it was approved she came here in nov 2008 went home feb 28. we got married in USA. she had to return home for family illness, I did not do a I131 for emergency travel when I did the I485. we with drew our I485, lost $1010. interview was this month on the 29th in los angeles. Now I must do a k3 to bring her back, do I need to answer YES on part A question 11, sound like I need to, I did do a k1 before, but want to be sure about this, also I send my I130 with our 325s biometrics. do you need to send the biometrics again when you send the I129f to the same place you sent the I130 after you get your noa1. The way I read it u need to send the 325s twice once when you do your I130, and again when you send your I129f. Thanks I did my k1 it went through with everyones help here with no problems, now I hope I can do it again!! Thanks everyone Hope someone has the answers Thanks in advance
