Does anyone can give me the complete address where can I get the CFO sticker in Manila? Do I need to be there early in the morning? Plss plsss... help me im coming in Manila tomorrow to get the sticker...

You dont need to be early to have your sticker, as CFO people don't have a lunch break. It took me 30min.only to do it since it wasn't crowded. Please print 2 copies online "Philippine-Based Emigrant Registration Form" so you don't need to fill it up at CFO office. In that way, you can save time.
