i-864 for K1/K2

Hi guys! I have two questions on I-864, affidavit of support.

1) The very first question of this form:

a) I am the petitioner. I filed or am filing for the immigration of my relative.

Instruction:

Check box "a" if you are the petitioner who is filing or whohas already filed Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative;Form I-600, Petition to Classify Orphan as an ImmediateRelative; or Form I-600A, Application for AdvanceProcessing of Orphan Petition. If you are the petitioner, youmust sponsor each intending immigrant.

Why K1 and K2, entry as a fiancee/child, are not listed in the instructions? Must we check box a if my husband applying for me and my son (K1/K2 visas adjustment)?

2)Question 22:

I am currently:

self-employed as:_________________what shall be put in here - the name of the company?

On the first question, if your husband applied for you for k1 visa, then you should be selecting "a"

for second question, i would put whatever you write as a title on your business cards. You may wanna see what other has to say on that one. If you own a retail store, you can write "Business Owner"

Thank you for answer, Jas Gold, so the name of the company would be correct. I was not sure would the answer be "Owner/operator" or the name of company. My husband actually owns a truck and working on himself as a driver, hauling logs for other companies.
