Hello to everyone here, last April 6, We receive email from NVC (checklist cover letter ) this is what's in the letter ...

MISSING DOCUMENT LIST FOR: so and so

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

______CORRESPONDENCE INSTRUCTIONS:_________________________________

When responding to the National Visa Center, please include the bar code sheet that came with this

letter. Failure to include the bar code sheet may cause a delay in the processing of your case. The bar

code sheet should be placed on top of all documents being submitted for this case and mailed to the

address provided.

______DS-230-I:____________________________________________________

The NVC has received the requested Affidavit of Support (I-864). However, we are still waiting for the

Immigrant Visa fee(s). Please submit the fee(s) according to the instructions on the IV fee bill sent to

you from NVC. If you have not received an IV fee bill, please contact NVC. Do not pay the fees unless

you have the accompanying IV fee bill as this will result in a delay in processing your case.

Questions:

1. Are they looking for our IV payment? ...My husband paid the IV bill before it is generated last March 26 then they rejected it,then we call them and IV bill is generated last March 29, so we pay the IV bills last March 31 and it shows PAID last April 1 til now...but we did not submit my DS230 yet

2. Or is this a checklist saying there waiting for my DS230?

If you pay the bill before it gets GENERATED then your status for IV bill is not PAID, it take 2-3 days to process or clear from the bank. Sometimes they cross each other in the mail... you will need the code bar sheet everytime you turned something in to the NVC, it makes easier for them to place your doucments on that person working in your case.

@@@ Rejected- due to the IV bill wasn't GENERATED yet

@@@ Bill not PAID possible reasons haven't clear the bank or you paid the bill before it generates.

@@@ You must have BAR CODE SHEETS everytime you response back to the NVC, it make it easier for them to find the right table for you case!!

WAIT 2-3 days then response accordingly, best way is to call the NVC and talk to person vs the AUOTOMATED MACHINE...
