My fiance is very bad at filing out forms (yes she admits this)

I was wondering If I could fill out the DS 156 and mail it to her. It is submitted online and has a barcode. Will the embassy be able to tell that it was filled out in the USA?

Is this bad or does it matter?

Also can she go to CDO and get her forms stamped in one day or does it take a while?

You can do it that way if you wish because the USEM website says that no information is transmitted back to their website, it is only the barcode that they are after. but don't trust the post office to get it there.

What forms does she need stamped? if you are referring to paying the USEM fee at BDO, the bank already has the DS-157 or DS-156k (cant remember which one) forms there with the back of it validated, they just give one to her instead of validating hers, at least the BDO on CDO does it that way 2 weeks ago.
