Hi everyone! This my first post in VJ and I hope all your things are going well. Yesterday, I received a package from NVC in my US address that had AOS Fee Bill and Copy of my wife's DS3032. My friend was able to scan and email me all the papers. Sine I am temporarily living in Chile. It also had one letter about a pilot programm to electronically process petitions at consulates in Guangzhou (China) and Santiago (Chile). If there is anyone who ever done that, please share your experience. Basically we can opt-in to have our DS230 and AOS submitted by email and get all the correspondence from NVC electronically as well.

Hello everyone. After talking to my wife, we decided to go with electronic processing of I-864 and DS-230 and we opted-in by writing an email to NVCSantiago@state.gov. We have given our email addresses through NVC customer support line earlier. Yesterday we both got an email from NVCSantiago@state.gov, saying that they accepted our request. Also in the mail they said if the beneficiary has not sent the DS-3032 yet, she could scan and email it. But my wife (beneficiary) have already written two emails to NVC earlier in lieu of DS-3032 also she sent filled out and signed form to Portsmouth NH by DHL. I hope I will get the IV Bill very soon (DHL tracking said it was delivered today).

Also in the email it said that now I can download appopriate I-864 form and scan and email it along with all the supporting documents and originals of the document will be needed at the interview later.

Sounds like really good way of expediating IV process to me.

Will keep you posted
