If US citizen is resident in your country, then it is possible to file an I-130 for a CR-1 immigrant visa to the US consulate AFTER you are married. (This has the quickest processing time)

Other options are for the US citizen to file an I-129F for a fiancee visa to the US service center in the USA having jurisdiction over their US Domicile address. OR to marry first, and the US citizen file ans I-130 to USCIS Chicago for the CR-1 visa.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
