About your first question, don't write anything on the line that says "Don't write below." But they will actually asked you to fill it out but I think its safer to follow the instruction. Anyway, its easy to write the names and signature later than to repeat filling out the forms...

Question #2, i think there's no problem about when you filled up the forms..

I am not familiar about your case about the affidavit of support. But i think that because you have a co-sponsor, its OK to write N/A....

To make you relax a bit, i want to share my experience at the embassy. I also brought everything that i can and organized it so neatly. I also have the sample invitations, copies of passport and all. But you know what, they didn't even look at it, they didn't even ask anything about it... I was just asked a few questions then the consul said the visa is approved. So just chill. As long as you know your love story, it won't go wrong....

Oh but they did look at the pictures. What i did was, i paste pictures on the bond paper and i wrote captions and date on it.. :)

Good luck!!

MY K1 EXPERIENCE blog...click on this link..

My K1 visa has already been approved. I had been really frustrated to find more info about K1 when we were still under the process. Some blogs have been useful. Now, that I completed the K1 process, I wish to share my own experience. So click on the link if you need more info about K1. The blog includes the requirements, med exams, questions on the interview, CFO and more. I hope that it will help. Thanks. Cheers and good luck.. :)

Hi I think you have all the required documents already. And for your questions.

1 copy of ds 156k filled up handwritten ( and 1 blank extra copy)

ques: can i fill up now the name of my fiance, my name and signature then the date using the date of my interview under the box ( do not write below this line)

***Do not write anything on that part. The pre-screener will be the one who will instruct you to sign it.

2 copies of ds 157 filled up handwritten ( 1 validated from BDO) ( and will bring 2 balnk extra copies of ds 157)

2 copies of ds 156 filed up hand written ( will bring 2 blank extra copies of ds 156)

ques: since we moved our interview schedule, we filled up all ds using a date near to our original date of schdule wil it be fine?)

***I think you will be fine with that. Don't worry.

my fiance affidavit of support form i134

ques: since my fiance got laid of recently and just focus on his college study how he will answer ques #7 of form i134 can he just put N/A for type of business, name of concern, address since he is now a full time college student.

***Not sure about this one.

***You can bring all of your nursing stuffs just to be sure, but based on my experience they didnt look at it or even asked about my nursing profession.

***For the affidavit of support they just asked for the Recent Tax return.

***For evidence they just asked for the pictures and emails.

You can read my threads about my interview experience from my page. Hope it will help. Godbless and Goodluck on ur upcoming interview. :D

thats a tricky question (knowing the "do not write below" thing) and probably will get different answers. although, when i had my interview, of course i didnt fill it (even if some of the girls in the other forum mentioned that you need to fill it up)... before you could get to the CO someone will check all your docs (DS-FORMS and visa receipts) and they will give you a priority no#. i was in line and when he checked all my ds-form he noticed that the ds-156 was blank lol... he freakin told me to step out and fill all my ds-forms completely. so i wasted 10 mins or so just because of that lol... but its up to you... that was just my experienced and some of the girls i know and met at the embassy... good luck! God bless!!!

Better if you fill out the 2 DS 156 and 1 DS 156K on line as the barcode is used for ID. Paste the US style passport pictures on naman.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

Wow...you are very organized and ready to go! Everything looks rock solid. Nice work!

I especially like your third folder, which shows that you are employable in the U.S. I don't think you will have any problem with the Consul Officer since you have a co-sponsor, and you also have a fiance who is studying in college in order to make himself more employable in the future. You are making a strong case for financial responsibility.

I would include one more thing...please add Chinook and me to your last folder.

Our very best wishes to you for a PINK interview day!!!

It is fine for you to bring as many papers as you want about your training, profession, and employability. But, the pre-screener and consular officer will not be interested in them. No matter what your assets, the petitioner has to be able to show that he can support you (with a co-sponsor if need be). Despite the fact that you are employable, there is no guarantee that you can or will get a job here in the USA. Likewise, no matter how much money or property you have in the Philippines, the US government can not force you to use any of it to support yourself. Therefor, they require a US citizen to take financial responsibility for you.

Check and double check your documents against this list from the embassy. If you have it covered then you will be fine. The rest is just more papers for you to carry.

It looks like you have more than enough documentation, so don't stress. You will be fine!

I just want to bring all the necessary documents that the co might ask to me. I rather be over prepared with bunch of documents than have incomplete documents with me and in the end feel sorry for not bringing them with me

thank you sis dzyrhetom! like what i have said kelangan ko careeren ang documents hehehehe kasi i need to show and prove to them na di me magiging public charge when i get sa us of A hehehe

sensya yoko lang tlga makamiss ng any single documents na can cause denial or wil put me sa AR, nasstress na tlga dito and tatakot ako kasi nga full time student fiance ko.

about the police clearance i dont need any kasi during my travel back then 2006 family vacation lang yun ng mga 3 days, then 2007 i travelled with my bro mga 5 days. so di naman ako tumagal ng 6months sa singapore, china and hongkong.

sana good mood maging CO ko para di me kabahan lol

ingats and thanks sa iyo ulit!!!
