Tata, i think the NVC's been having problems with their e-mail system. I received an email from the NVC too today.. it's about our previous false RFE for my DS230. It was asking me to redo my DS230-I, but the NVC has completed our case and i was already given the interview date. Check on the date of the NVC letter. Or; you can try calling the NVC again on monday.. sometimes different operators would say different things.

Just a few more days wait and hopefully you'll get out of AP. Just hang in there!

You are almost done.. after the AP will be your medical and interview.. just 2 steps away.. I would suggest to do pre-medical test to check if you have any problem or not.. go to a hospital or clinic near you and have your blood checked and x-ray. If ever you have any problem, you still have much time to cure what you need to cure before your medical exam.. less waiting time when you finally have to do your medical test in St. Lukes.

well that means its still on AP... all you gotta do is wait.. PATIENTLY :innocent:

Go have your blood and x ray checked so there wont be any delay in passing your medical. Use your time making sure that you're healthy enough to pass it.

Or; you can try calling the NVC again on monday.. sometimes different operators would say different things.

Just a few more days wait and hopefully you'll get out of AP. Just hang in there!

hello guys.i received an electronic mail from the NVC today stating that my case has been forwarded to the u.s. embassy in manila already but when i called the nvc to confirm it, the operator said it is still there.i just don't understand why they would send me such email telling me that my case is in manila already when in fact it is not yet and still on administrative processing?what kind of bogus is this?anyone here who can enlighten me with this matter?

this is really crazy raeka.i was shouting for joy when i woke up as i read the mail.but all of a sudden the joy was snatched away from me.the date of the mail is march 28.that is today.im starting to worry again here raeka.this is sick.

i called twice already and the operator said the same thing.im so worried here.

I been playing around with NVC for weeks now. I moved around the time they sent my AOS fee bill, but it never made it to my old or new address. I requested for them to e-mail it to me, but they sent it to the wrong email address. Now I have been waiting over 10 days since I made a request with the correct email address, still the same...no hard copy or no email copy. Its irritating because they won't give me the IIN over the phone, no matter how many times I call them...

Oh well, at least we have a K-3 interview appointment set up. I'd hate to go the K-3 route, but I don't want to keep waiting fror NVC to respond to simple requests...

I am so glad this process is almost over. I guess all we can do is continue having faith, huh? :bonk:
