I beg to disagree. That number is supposed to be for US BASED CALLERS ONLY. YOu better have your fiance call that number.

 hmmm, iniba na ba nila ang number to call Grace or Lorraine? because that is the number I used to call before while waiting for my visa almost a year ago. I remember it has locals of 5184 and 5185..try both ways let your fiance call that number and you try it also and see what will works theres no harm in trying anyway

I tried that number and I swear the person on that extension was not happy at all. :( She said that line is supposed to be for US based callers ONLY... :( (stern tone made me cringe)

yes, they will not accomodate you...if the USC will call them they are so polite...pasensya ka na sa kababayan natin!!! try to ask your petitioner to call them..good luck..

I called the number a few times and they would ask me where I was calling from. I told them the United States. They seem that they are more accommodating to US citizens. Like when my husband would call there, he would tell them that he was in the states too with me (even though he was in the Philippines) and they would be nice to him. It is weird that they practice favoritism there. But Lorraine doesn't. At least during our experience she didn't. She was very accommodating and answered all questions. She is local 5184 I think.

Yes I talked to Lorraine a couple of times and she is sooo nice but one time i happened to talked to Grace and she is not very accomodating and she even told me that she should be the one to talked to not Lorraine so I told my then fiance to calldthat number because I got so dissapointed and he spoken to Grace and told me that she is different from the one I dscribe to him, that she is so nice and very approachable :o ! and even told him to call the next day ...OH WELL NAKAKAINIS NA DAPAT SILA YUNG UNANG IINTINDI SA KAPWA PINOY NILA PERO SA KANILA NAG UUMPISA ANG FAVORITISM.
