I make $10.70 an hour, am employed full-time (40+ hours a week). Last year I grossed $21,400 (Net $17,800), is that enough to not need a co-sponsor?

W2 info:

2008 $21,406

2007 $18,863

2006 $14,206

Thx.

Do I need to include my 1040 tax return for the past 3 years? I have my W2s for 2008,2007, & 2006, and my 1040's for just 2008 and 2006. Pay stubs for past 6 months I heard is required to? Anything else I should get?

US Embassy and Consulate General Discussion

You are almost there and now you have to deal with the embassy. This is the place to post your experiences or questions related to this last step before moving to the US. Topics relating to I-134's, packets sent from consulate and medical & police certificates should be posted here.

YMMV

I included all three years taxes 1040s and w2s and 3 of my most recent paystubs. I know you can request a tax transcript from the IRS regarding 2007....sadly i'm not sure how to do that. I have heard others here who have done it though. Good luck and if i can be of any other assistance...just ask!
