Received another Biometrics Letter

I sent my I-751 application in August of 2008. I received my biomertrics letter December 31, 2008 and had my appointment January 2, 2009. Everything went well.

I was expecting the approval letter but what I received today was another ASC Biometrics Appointment Letter! I'd have to be at the local office on April 6th.

It's annoying because the local office is like 4 hours away from home. What should I do? Anybody experienced the same situation?

Appart from showing up your option would be making an infopass appointment, but I'm guessing you'd be far from the office as well. If they need new fingerprinting either yours wasn't clear enough for them the first time or they're expired, and in either case it could mean an approval is coming shortly after.

It could be that there was a problem with your first biometrics and you have to do it again.
