Just to make sure I am correct, my fiance (a 19 yr old male) needs to have tdap (diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis) as well as MMR? He has had both of these and they should be on his record which is the good news! Just thought we would make sure. Also does anyone have any idea how long Knightsbridge require you to wait for an appointment? Was hoping asap! Thanks!

See the link from the Embassy and look at the required vaccinations for his age group http://www.usembassy.org.uk/cons_new/visa/...ccinechart.html

Don't need varicella as it's not available in the UK, they will take verbal confirmation that you have had chickenpox.

Okay so looking at that form he only needed the two (MMR, and Tdap) like we thought right? Because he's over the age of 18 none of the others matter - or does he have to have had them previously? Any ideas on how much an immunisation record will cost from the NHS? They charged him £30 for a letter not long ago! Yes he has had chicken pox so that shouldn't be a problem.

They will look at his age now, so what vaccinations are required at this moment in time. No idea about the cost of the record, that usually varies according to your doctors surgery. Most have a board up somewhere detailing the cost of different services that are not covered by the NHS.
