When I completed the I129F Petition I included my fiance's two girls. They are from Nigeria and have 4 or 5 different names. So I used the middle name that we discussed using. Now I have their birth certificates and that name is not on them because they can only use so many of their names when filing. The other concern is that their mother who has passed and my fiance were not leagally married but had her name as his on the birth certificates. Does either of these issues have reason for concern?

Any help is appreciated.

I also had a name misspell on our I-129f .. All you have to do is call them ( # on NOA1). They can correct it over the phone and then they (USCIS) sent me a email verifiying the correction .. Dont worry it is easy to fix.

Thanks so much for your reply. We have alrady had our NOA2 approval and the paperwork is on its way to London. But I think we have it all taken care of.

Have a blessed day!
