Congratulations to everyone who received their visas. Patience was paid off. Safe trip to the US and our best wishes to you and your SO's wonderful life together in the US.:thumbs:

Can't wait for our turn to come. It's almost our interview sched. This is kind of a weak question but just want to know what is the proper attire to be worn on interview? Is it ok to wear jeans match with a white long sleeves blouse or should it be a classy, feminine pair of slacks? We already have all supporting documents ready for the interview. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

"Being parents has brought us to our knees in gratitude. We are humbled like never before. We are filled with exhilaration so awesome that we wanted to shout our joy in giant swooping phrases. We love our little man so much. It's a beautiful thing. Truly, babies are God's proof that the best things do come in small packages!!!"

i was wearing jeans and a nice girly polo shirt when i had my interview. it doesn't need to be so classy cause it is not an interview to get your dream job or an interview for a call center agent position. lol. just look fresh and neat. :)

It is always important to be neat, tidy, and well-groomed and to present a positive image to the CO. I prefer to look semi-formal/business casual. I wore slacks, blouse and high heeled shoes.

If they ask you times of when, give them month and year. If they specifically ask for the date, then give them the date. You just have to know your SO well and you have to be consistent with your answers. The consul will ask you details based on what the pre-screeners asked. :) Be courteous, be polite, and don't forget to smile.

Jeans and white long sleeves sound great, as long as it is clean and neat and you are perfectly comfortable in it. It will be how you would carry yourself and how you handle the questions that will matter more than the dress you will be wearing. If you are confident that your relationship with your fiance is legitimate and that there is really love involved, it will definitely show.

Good luck and God bless.
