Can somebody do the math for me?

Hey guys, I know this is so dumb question to ask but can somebody do the math for me? When can I file my N400? I know I can send my application whether I receive my 10-year GC on hand or not. My Conditional Permanent Resident card was issued Nov 22, 2006. The receipt date of my I-751 is Sept 3, 2008. My case is now pending at CSC. When I was trying to figure out when can I file my N400, I am showing 2 different dates. Can somebody help me figure out this and come up with the exact date that I can send my N400 application, please?

90 days before November 22 2009.

Around the end of August/Begining September 2009 - i'm too tired and lazy to do the math anymore accurately. lol

That is assuming you never spent more than 6 months outside of the USA.

I thought it was three years after the date on your GC when it was issued minus 90 days. Look at your GC issue date, add three years, then subtract 90 days.
