Hi guys, i am confused if i'm gonna complete my vaccination now here in US. Is it after two months of my arrival here? or two months after my medical in my country? Do we really need to go to USCIS authorized civil surgeon to complete the vaccination? Can anyone give me a list of the authorized civil surgeon pls..... Thanks

you need to have them done before you can adjust status... there is no such thing as a two month rule... If you get them done via a private doctor or a public health clinic then you will only need the CS to transcribe onto the vaccination form...

I have the same problem. As far as I know, for the HPV Vaccine, you need the second dose after 2 months since the first dose that will be given to you and for the third dose, after 6 months since from the second dose will be given to you. For TdaP, there is certain time interval if you already had the TD.

I suggest you have your vaccines done first before getting a civil surgeon. HPV vaccine 2nd dose should be done 2 months after the 1st dose and MMR vaccines should be done after 4 weeks from the 1st dose (varies on age). For civil surgeons, I suggest you take DR. L. E. Arnold's service. He is popular here in VJ for giving out a nominal fee of $30 for transcribing your DS-3025 to I-693. Never fall into trap of other civil surgeons asking for $250 for transcribing your DS-3025. They would usually lure you up in getting another medical.
