Hello , Im here again attending to the processing of adjustment of status , lol even i dont want to deal with immigration again dont have choice , I need some help coz im a little bit confused in some question in I-130 for my kids since they got here in the states in K4 status.

#18. Address in the United States where your relative intends to live.

Should I put the address where we are living right now even i put it already in the upper part coz the word is intends but they already here , or just put N/A?

#1. If separate petitions are also being submitted for other relatives, give names of each and relationship.

Should i put my wife name since she already had a I-130 approved petition ?

Should put just the name of my 3 Stepkids since they are the one im going to submit individually for the petition of I-130 ?

#2. Have you ever before filed a petition for this or any other alien?

Should i put my wife name since she had approved petition of I-130 ?

hope u can help me out guys , just want to make sure what is the right answer before i finalize everything . Tnx
